I want a Funnel Cake!

It's official I've experienced my first real craving and it's for a funnel cake. Actually there are these French fried doughnuts called Beignets that I had at one of the restaurants in Downtown Disney the last time I was there and for the last couple of days that's all I've been thinking about. So I went online searched Downtown Disney restaurants and found not only the Jazz New Orleans Cafe that serves them but the recipe as well. I'm going out tomorrow to buy the ingredients and making these delicious treats!
